A monthly ministry that prepares and serves meals for homeless men, women and children in San Antonio. Meet every third Saturday of the month, teams from SCUMC prepare a meal in the morning at 9:00am, and then serve the meal in the evening from 5:30 to 8:30 in downtown San Antonio.

An outreach ministry to provide individuals and families with transformation assistance to recover from personal or financial emergencies.
Is a group of volunteers who meet together once a month to make lap size quilts which are given to people confronting serious illness or personal turmoil. Prayer quilts remind the recipient that God is there in the midst of their struggles, and that many people are praying for them. A fall meal-packaging event in a global movement to end hunger.September 8, 2024 From 9:00 - 12:00. Stay for lunch after all packing is done.
SCUMC participates in the International Quilts for Kids program. All quilts are given locally to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at San Antonio Children’s Hospital. Meetings are held at SCUMC on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month from 9:30 AM to 1PM. Bring your sewing machine, but all materials for quilts are provided. All skill levels are welcomed.
