We’re getting close to departure, and it’s time for our Parent & Student Pre-Trip Meeting.
This important meeting is for all students attending the mission trip and at least one parent/guardian.
We’ll be covering final travel details, expectations, and everything you need to know before we leave.
At this meeting, students will receive:
Luggage tags
Mission trip t-shirts
Final travel itinerary and trip details
Important reminders and packing information
We’ll also review schedules, communication plans, emergency contacts and answer any last-minute questions.

Location: Fellowship Building
Please make every effort to attend — this meeting is essential to ensure everyone is fully prepared and confident for the trip.
