Peter stepped out of the boat and walked on water. He stepped out in faith to do the impossible and his faith lifted him up on the water. But he began to fear and started to sink but Jesus pulled him back up on the waters. All of us. at times, I think have the ability to walk on water but we can’t allow fear or lack of faith to control us or we will sink every time. We have to be willing to step out of the boat and have enough faith to trust in Christ. Depending on the situation we may sink but we also have to trust that Jesus will not let us drown. Faith , hope and love these three remain. May we all step out of the boat in some way today. Amen.
