Poetry in the Bible - Poetry is a way to get a deep truth, and it is a wonderful way to express the truth of beauty which is so evident in creation.

God calls the world into being not with authoritative demands.
Notice that God creates with very little effort, no debate and no battle, and the result is peace. This is grace making space for life to thrive.

That is blessing, projecting good into the life of another with all that you've got, with all that you are. And this is an exercise in living into the image of God. For God, first and foremost projected good into our world. And I believe God continues to create. Many times, using you and me as agents to bring forth goodness.
